HISTORY OF AHAD SONS can be traced back from the time when their forefather Abdul Aziz Khan came from Samarkand Afganistan to set up his culinary skills in Kashmir. Traditionally the legacy started generating from
one generation to another generation.
Consquently Khan Abdul Ahad Waza inherited this culinary expertise from his father Khan Gulam Nabi Waza. He did not get much satisfaction with the little popularity of Wazwaan among the people who inhabited there or among those who used to visit valley and tasted the food there.
