At Ahadsons, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality packaged non-vegetarian food products. Due to the nature of our products, our Refund and Return Policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to food safety standards.
1. Returns
Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the products have been delivered, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@ahadsons.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item.
Once we review your request, we will:
- Offer you a replacement product at no extra charge, or
- Provide a full refund for the damaged or defective product.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return of the incorrect product and send you the correct item as soon as possible, at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued for the following situations:
- Damaged or defective products that cannot be replaced.
- Incorrect items sent to you.
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Any opened or used products.
- Products that have been stored improperly or damaged after delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order. If the cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued.
